Terms & Conditions – ALICE GIRARD

Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the online platform ALICE GIRARD, which provides yoga and wellness classes through subscription-based digital services.
Health Disclaimer
By subscribing, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves risks. You are solely responsible for your health and safety. You should consult a physician before starting any program. Participation in classes is entirely at your own risk. ALICE GIRARD and its instructors cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the platform. Classes are not suitable during pregnancy. Please seek medical advice before resuming exercise after childbirth or any medical condition.
Communication & Customer Service
We aim to respond to all emails within 4 business days. During peak periods (holidays, public holidays, vacations), this may take up to 7 business days. Contact: support@alicegirardyoga.com
Subscriptions – Free Trials – Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew for the chosen billing period (monthly, quarterly, annual) unless cancelled. Payments are charged at the start of each billing cycle. Where offered, subscriptions may begin with a free trial (e.g., 7 days). You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and the corresponding amount will be charged. Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal. Refunds are only possible in cases of technical error or failure attributable to ALICE GIRARD.
Right of Withdrawal / Cooling-off Period
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU & French Consumer Code), consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases. By subscribing and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you request immediate access to the digital content, acknowledge that the service begins upon subscription, and expressly waive your statutory right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Therefore, no withdrawal or refund request can be made once access has started, including during or after a free trial.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for billing periods already started.
Liability
ALICE GIRARD cannot be held liable for misuse of the service, technical issues beyond our control, or any health consequences due to exercising without prior medical clearance.
Governing Law & Disputes
For EU/France-based consumers: governed by French law, with jurisdiction of French courts. For UK/US/international consumers: governed by the law of your country of residence, subject to mandatory local consumer protection rights.

Objet
Les présentes CGV encadrent l’accès et l’utilisation de la plateforme ALICE GIRARD, proposant des cours et programmes de yoga accessibles par abonnement.
Avertissement santé
L’utilisateur reconnaît que la pratique du sport comporte des risques. Il est seul responsable de son état de santé. Il doit consulter un médecin avant toute pratique. La participation se fait sous sa propre responsabilité. ALICE GIRARD et ses instructeurs déclinent toute responsabilité en cas de blessure, perte ou dommage lié à l’utilisation des contenus. Nos cours ne sont pas adaptés aux femmes enceintes. Un avis médical est obligatoire après une grossesse ou tout problème médical.

Nous répondons aux emails dans un délai moyen de 4 jours ouvrés (jusqu’à 7 jours ouvrés en période de forte affluence). Contact : support@alicegirardyoga.com
Abonnements – Essai gratuit – Facturation
Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement (mensuel, trimestriel, annuel) sauf résiliation. Le paiement est prélevé au début de chaque période. Lorsqu’il est proposé, l’abonnement débute par une période d’essai gratuite (ex. 7 jours). L’utilisateur peut résilier à tout moment pendant l’essai sans frais. S’il ne résilie pas avant la fin, l’abonnement devient automatiquement payant et le montant prévu est prélevé. Les paiements sont traités via Stripe et PayPal. Les remboursements ne sont possibles qu’en cas d’erreur technique imputable à ALICE GIRARD.
Droit de rétractation
Le consommateur bénéficie en principe d’un droit de rétractation de 14 jours (articles L221-18 et suivants du Code de la consommation). En souscrivant et en acceptant les présentes CGV, l’utilisateur demande l’accès immédiat aux contenus, reconnaît que le service débute dès l’inscription, et renonce expressément à son droit de rétractation (article L221-28 du Code de la consommation). Aucun remboursement ne peut donc être exigé au titre du droit de rétractation une fois l’accès activé, y compris pendant ou après la période d’essai gratuite.
Résiliation
L’utilisateur peut résilier son abonnement à tout moment depuis son espace personnel. La résiliation prend effet à la fin de la période de facturation en cours. Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé pour une période déjà commencée.
Responsabilité
ALICE GIRARD n’est pas responsable en cas de mauvaise utilisation du service, de problèmes techniques indépendants de sa volonté, ou de conséquences médicales sans avis préalable.
Droit applicable et litiges
Pour les consommateurs situés en France/UE : droit français applicable, compétence exclusive des juridictions françaises. Pour les consommateurs internationaux : droit du pays de résidence, sous réserve des droits impératifs locaux de protection du consommateur.
